Testimonials
"Thank you so much to everyone at MSPA. I got into Southern Utah University, and it looks
very likely that I will be returning to Utah for college. Without you guys, I just wanted to let you know my
life would have been very different. I would have dropped out of high school, and would have been living my
life with psychosomatic pain and acute social anxiety. Please let all the teachers know how much they've helped me.
Hope to see you next school year."

"I wanted to let
you know we had an awesome parent weekend. You have an awesome
staff and they are there for the kids. We feel our son is in the
best place and is safe and secure and getting the best care. We
didn't see anyone there we thought just took the position as just
a job! My husband was a little unsure of the seminars we had
planned, but he was so thrilled with the results when we left.
Our time together with our son was the greatest we have had in
years!! We can really see many changes in him. I know there is
much work to be done, but I am really amazed at the progress I can
personally see.
Thanks again for all the work you have done for our son and our
family!!"

"I am sixteen
years old. I have been attending this school for
almost a year. This place is such a great place to be. I have
learned so many things since I’ve been here. This school helps
you to realize all of the opportunities that you have in life. It
helps you appreciate life more.
I love being here. Always remember that the littlest things can
make a huge difference in life."

"All my family and friends can say is: Oh my gosh, what a change!"

“I believe the two words 'schooling. and 'caring'
say a lot, because that is exactly my experience with Mountain
Springs. Parents want to be able to know that there is some light
at the end of the tunnel when they are struggling with a difficult
or destructive teen, and they are making a choice to move them
into a protective, nurturing environment. I am extremely happy
with your organization. Parents can rest easier knowing
that Mountain Springs is professional, personal and expends daily
efforts towards the enlightenment of the student. The thing I
like the most, is that there seems to be a community united in
that goal, and in such a way that increases self-awareness and
self-confidence of the student. For me, I am in the light at the
end of the tunnel."

"I know that my daughter is not "fixed," of course, but I witness
a more open, communicative and mature teen that has more ability
to deal with her problems. Our experience was very positive.
Sometimes as parents we just can't get to a parenting goal from
where we are at, and a healthy change of environment for our teen
is one answer.”

“Our
daughter is still doing great. She has been working for over 6
months and she is a shift leader. We really enjoy having our
daughter home with us. Thanks for allowing our daughter space and
boundaries to learn how to deal with her issues. We felt that
Mountain
Springs Preparatory Academy was a safe location for her while
providing the peace of mind for us. We are so lucky that she was
able to break out of the pattern of making poor choices with the
support of all the staff.”

“I compare my experiences at Mountain Springs to the process of a
baby taking its first steps. I was able to lean on Mountain
Springs for help in taking my first BIG steps in life. I have
come so far being in this school that I don't need to lean on
anything anymore. I am now strong enough to stand on my own. All
I can do now is keep going and forever be grateful that I was
lucky enough to experience being a student at Mountain Springs
Preparatory Academy.”

“My wife and I want to express our appreciation for the great work
that you and the team are doing. The recent Parent's Weekend was a
very positive experience for us. We enjoyed meeting the management
team. They reinforced our initial feelings about you: that the
program had "...a strong commitment to providing a safe,
supportive, and structured setting with a strong emphasis on
educating students to become leaders and to take active roles in
positively affecting their lives, and the lives of others around
them."
We took the time to talk with our daughter’s teachers and staff
members in addition to the time spent with each of you. We
observed a shared commitment based upon shared values in our
interactions with everyone we met. You are all to be commended for
the who, what, and how of running the school.”

"I am excited about my future! Thank you!"

“The Mexico trip helped me see another side of the world, that
often times we don’t look at. I enjoyed giving service at the
orphanage because I at one time was adopted and it brought back a
lot of feelings of what I experienced. After I left I wanted to
set up an account where I can sponsor these kids financially for
education. I want to help there future become better than mine.”

"My grades and life are back on track, I'm graduating high school,
and going to college in the Fall!"
